It enables local leadership to identify ongoing recovery needs and engages partners in providing assistance and problem resolution. Recovery progress serves as a tracking mechanism for improving and adjusting recovery strategies and activities and ensuring continuing improvement. Communities determine how to qualify and quantify their progress.
