ISC has proven expertise in training and education. We recognize that the successful design of an effective emergency management training program is dependent upon the development and delivery of skill level courses that: 1) are operationally significant; 2) are consistent with End User’s planning doctrine; 3) incorporate an all-hazards approach; 4) address every phase of emergency management; and 5) are compliant with Federal and State regulations.
