ISC Wins National Response Framework Evaluation Contract

ISC wins contract to assist FEMA HQ to establish of an evaluation system for assessing the National Response Framework following catastrophic events.  Specifically, the ability of the NRF to fulfill its mission relative to disaster recovery, and the extent to which ESF 14 prepared the groundwork for long-term recovery community recovery.
