ISC was selected for Phase 2 of Minnesota HSEM Region 2 CI/KR project. The award of the second phase of this project is testament of the project team’s expert knowledge, hard work and exceptional service during the initial phase of this project.
ISC will work with Region 2 and Arrowhead Regional EMA representatives to analyze and deliver a complete methodology utilizing CIKR information to promote an understanding of hazard vulnerabilities and promote emergency preparedness on a local level. With this experience of Automated Critical Asset Management System (ACAMS) and expertise in CIKR, ISC will deliver arisk analysis model that will incorporate the unique needs and attributes of the region while conforming to National frameworks. This model will provide a foundation for a Comprehensive Critical Infrastructure Protection Plan (CCIPP) that will improve the area’s preparedness and response capabilities for catastrophic hazards.
ISC utilized its Odysseus|CEMP System to deliver a Regional Coordination Plan for an 8-county county region in NE Idaho. This plan recognizes that an incident necessitating an evacuation or mass care operations oftentimes impacts multiple jurisdictions, and requires a region-wide and coordinated response. The NE Idaho Regional Coordination Plan established the strategic framework and necessary operational procedures to implement regional and/or multi-jurisdictional coordination, and specifically addresses evacuations and mass care operations regardless of the geographic area in which they occur.
