ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER
Integrated Solutions Consulting (ISC) is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to help us in our overall efforts to assist our company continue our exceptional growth. You will be an integral part of organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, and inventory control.

- Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, and retrieval of key records and files
- Maintain onsite and cloud-based filing systems, as assigned
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers and executive leadership team
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings
- Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
- Assists marketing team with the printing and shipping of proposals
- Assists marketing team with graphic design and presentation of marketing materials
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- May direct the work of clerical employees in lower job classifications
- May assist in training newly hired clerks and secretaries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Assists with client invoicing and tracking
- Assists with technical writing and editing of key documents

CORE COMPETENCIES / ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Relevant work experience with office management activities
- Demonstrated creative experience in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or other graphic design software is a definite plus
- Experience in graphic design or related is field is a plus
- Technology savvy is a plus
- Expertise in Microsoft Office apps, especially Power Point for slide presentations
- Previous experience working for a consulting firm or professional services company is a definite plus
