ISC IS USING CUTTING-EDGE GAMING TECHNOLOGY TO PREPARE COMMUNITIES FOR ACTIVE SHOOTER INCIDENTS
OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGANActive assailant and/or shooter incidents can happen anywhere and at any time. According to FEMA, “more than 2,500 people have been killed in the US Between 2000 and 2013, there have been 160 active shooter incidents as defined by the FBI. If and when an incident occurs, all emergency response agencies -- regardless of size, training and capacity -- will be impacted, and may have to respond and operate seamlessly and simultaneously. Local fire departments, private ambulance companies, and law enforcement agencies will need common tactics, communications, and terminology in order to ensure a cohesive and effective concept of operations.

ISC used professional film crews to develop client-customized, interactive media that not only enhances the learning experience, but also utilizes adult learning techniques designed to increase knowledge retention. The CBT incorporated new ISC technologies including:
- Customized media of client's facilities
- First Person Gaming Simulation
- 360° Panoramic
