ISC Selected for Multi-Year Contract with Minneapolis-St. Paul

ISC was selected by the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota for ‘As-Needed Service for Emergency Management & Preparedness Services’. This resulting Master Contract will help the Minneapolis-St. Paul to respond more quickly to both emergencies and grants or other opportunities for providing emergency
management and preparedness services.

ISC continues to provide support to FEMA Region VII and it’s Iowa Flood disaster operation. ISC is honored to provide support to FEMA Region VII on several high-profile project engagements and supporting the FEMA Region VII team!

ISC Selected for Bureau of Indian Affairs IDIQ Contract

ISC was selected to support the Department of Interior through a 5-year, contract with the Bureau of Indian Affairs Irrigation and Safety of Dams Program. ISC, through its prime joint venture partner, will provide a variety of technical services, including emergency management consulting, environmental, and GIS support. This IDIQ contract vehicle will be accessible to other DOI departments and eligible Native American Tribes.

ISC Selected for North Carolina RiskMAP Contract

In April, ISC through its prime contracting partner, AECOM were selected for a multi-year contract with North Carolina EMA to provide consulting and technical support. The NC RiskMAP contract assists NC EMA in mapping of flood risks, planning, and other preparedness program support projects.

DuPage County, IL Selects ISC for CEMP Program

February 3rd, 2011

DuPage County, Illinois selected ISC to provide program support in the implementation and improvement of its Comprehensive Emergency Management Program (CEMP). ISC’s project objectives are the implementation of ISC’s Odysseus|CEMP program from software and program standpoints. The County CEMP instance will be the “coordinating” instance working with 32 municipal “affiliate” instances and DCHD county department “affiliate” instance; this has the potential to be a best practice as county EMA can review/compare/share the County EOP with 32 municipal EOPs and with the County’s SNS Plan developed by the local health department.

ISC Selected for NE Idaho Regional EOC Project

ISC was selected to develop EOC go-kits for the 8-county region in NE Idaho. Go-kits will include position descriptions that will be somewhat standardized in order to facilitate cross-training and assistance from regional partners to fill EOC positions in the event of a major incident.

ISC Selected as Program Manager for HSEEP Compliance

ISC was selected by Minnesota HSEM Region 3 to provide support for MN HSEM Region 3’s HSEEP Program. After initially selecting another vendor, the client approached ISC to get this program back on track. Utilizing the Odysseus|CEMP systems committee management and HSEEP program module, our program manager was able to redirect the direction of the project, instill client and state confidence, and make significant improvements in project deliverables and schedule.

ISC Selected for Regional CI|KR Program

ISC was selected for Phase 2 of Minnesota HSEM Region 2 CI/KR project. The award of the second phase of this project is testament of the project team’s expert knowledge, hard work and exceptional service during the initial phase of this project.

ISC will work with Region 2 and Arrowhead Regional EMA representatives to analyze and deliver a complete methodology utilizing CIKR information to promote an understanding of hazard vulnerabilities and promote emergency preparedness on a local level. With this experience of Automated Critical Asset Management System (ACAMS) and expertise in CIKR, ISC will deliver arisk analysis model that will incorporate the unique needs and attributes of the region while conforming to National frameworks. This model will provide a foundation for a Comprehensive Critical Infrastructure Protection Plan (CCIPP) that will improve the area’s preparedness and response capabilities for catastrophic hazards.

ISC Uses Odysseus|CEMP to Deliver Regional Coordination Plan

ISC utilized its Odysseus|CEMP System to deliver a Regional Coordination Plan for an 8-county county region in NE Idaho. This plan recognizes that an incident necessitating an evacuation or mass care operations oftentimes impacts multiple jurisdictions, and requires a region-wide and coordinated response. The NE Idaho Regional Coordination Plan established the strategic framework and necessary operational procedures to implement regional and/or multi-jurisdictional coordination, and specifically addresses evacuations and mass care operations regardless of the geographic area in which they occur.

ISC Exhibits Odysseus at IEMA Conference

In September 2010, Integrated Solutions Consulting displayed the Odysseus™ Preparedness and Planning System during the 2010 Illinois Emergency Management Agency Conference.  Those attending the conference had the common goal of developing strategies for identifying and responding to emerging threats.  As an exhibitioner, ISC was able to introduce its Comprehensive Emergency Management Program to conference attendees.  Through the use of Odysseus, ISC provided a platform in which emergency management agencies can perform vulnerability analysis and risk and threat assessments for multi-jurisdictional response.
